Since 2002, Prince Foods supports community sustainability and hires disabled employees through the Labour Department and NGOs. Over the years, Prince Foods has not only employed a number of the disadvantaged, including deaf-mute, mental rehabilitation, mild intellectual disability and hearing impairment in various work positions, but also people from ethnic minorities and retirees, employing up to 10% of the Group’s total workforce. Prince Foods takes an active role in corporate social responsibility and contributes to the building of an inclusive community.
