Due to the trend of Vietnamese cuisine for rising in Hong Kong, Prince Foods expanded import business of Vietnamese foodstuff to react market demand. In return, lead the company to become the main supplier for Vietnamese restaurants in Hong Kong.

Prince Foods took first mover advantage of providing Southeast Asian foodstuff for foreign hotels in China. As a beginner of Hong Kong Company supplied the Southeast Asian foodstuff in China market. Major cities included Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

Establishment of a food factory and produce own brand – Asian Chef products; supplying a wide range of customers such as airline catering, international hotel chains, high-end clubhouses and fast food catering chains, etc.

Prince Foods expanded Macau business and launched a variety of frozen food products from different Asian countries to develop Asian frozen products for hotel market in Macau.

Due to response The Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) signed between The Chinese Government and The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Prince Foods exported a variety of Hong Kong-made sauces products for domestic sales in China.

In order to align with company strategy for expanding food service market in China, Prince Foods placed a permanent office in Dabiao International Centre Guangzhou.

Expansion of Hong Kong’s food factory and restaurant opening in Shenzhen, which specialize in Southeast Asian cuisine to meet the business growth.
